The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Automotive Production Operatives to join an established interiors manufacturer at Fradley Park, Lichfield. Full-time hours with weekly pay and a strong path to permanent employment are offered.

You will work on a modern production line, building interior components, and ensuring quality while adhering to safety standards. Training is provided, making this suitable for both new entrants and experienced operatives.

The Best Connection Tamworth is currently recruiting Automotive Production Operatives to join a well-established automotive interiors manufacturer based at Fradley Park, Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a global automotive supply chain, producing high-quality interior vehicle components for some of the world's leading automotive brands. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for both experienced production operatives and candidates looking to build a career within automotive manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

Weekly Rotating 3-Shift Pattern (No Fixed Shifts)

• Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work all three shifts as part of the rotation.

The Role

As an Automotive Production Operative, you will work within a modern manufacturing environment producing interior vehicle components, including doors, dashboards, and trim assemblies.

Working as part of a team, you'll ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
