Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting for a full-time Production Operative in Burton upon Trent. The role offers an ongoing contract with temp-to-perm potential, overtime, and a clean modern facility.

You will operate production machinery, assemble components, perform quality inspections, follow safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement. Training and progression are provided, with stable, long-term work.

• Report any quality, equipment or safety issues to your UET Leader.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
