The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Automotive Production Operatives to join a leading automotive interiors manufacturer at Fradley Park, Lichfield. In this role you will contribute to assembling interior components on a fast-paced line, with full training provided.

Shifts rotate weekly: days 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, nights 22:00-06:00. The role offers immediate starts, 37 hours per week, and a path from temporary to permanent with competitive hourly pay up to 17.82 including shift

The Best Connection Tamworth is currently recruiting Automotive Production Operatives to join a well-established automotive interiors manufacturer based at Fradley Park, Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a global automotive supply chain, producing high-quality interior vehicle components for some of the world's leading automotive brands. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for both experienced production operatives and candidates looking to build a career within automotive manufacturing.

Shift PatternWeekly Rotating 3-Shift Pattern

(No Fixed Shifts)

• Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work all three shifts as part of the rotation.

The Role

As an Automotive Production Operative, you will work within a modern manufacturing environment producing interior vehicle components, including doors, dashboards, and trim assemblies. Working as part of a team, you'll ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
