Pinewood.AI is seeking a Training and Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform across UK dealership networks and international sites. You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live and follow-up support, guiding customers through the implementation process with clear commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management capability across software implementations.
• Must communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end deployments in fast-paced environments.
• Experience mentoring or managing team members is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel UK and internationally; full UK driving licence expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Pinewood platform across dealerships.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings to capture requirements and define scope.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site consultancy visits and training sessions.
• Ensure documentation and systems are kept up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead and support team members and set objectives.
