Job summary

Pinewood.AI is seeking automotive professionals to join our Training and Implementation Team in the UK and internationally. You will configure the Vehicle modules, tailor settings to dealership processes, and train dealership teams on the Sales elements of our platform.

The role covers full sales cycle, including lead management, CRM, quotations and orders, F&I, compliance, delivery and handover, and vehicle creation, stock, costing, invoicing and registration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in vehicle administration including stock creation, costing, invoicing and registration.
  • Strong understanding of dealership sales processes: lead management, CRM, opportunity workflows, closing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS), ideally Pinewood.AI.
  • Experience in training or coaching others and delivering sessions to drive adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse dealership teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple implementations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with process accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel to dealerships as required.
  • Strong understanding of how sales and vehicle administration fit into the wider business.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement the Pinewood.AI platform in new and existing dealerships, tailoring settings to match business processes.
  • Deliver clear, engaging training sessions for sales teams and vehicle administrators to build confidence in the platform.
  • Train users on the complete sales cycle: lead management, CRM, opportunities, quotations, orders, F&I, compliance, delivery, handover and follow-up.
  • Guide dealerships on vehicle processes: creating vehicles, stocking, costing, invoicing and registration.
  • Lead implementations from planning through to Go Live with smooth transitions from legacy systems.
  • Provide onsite and remote consultancy to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with dealership stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize configuration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation approaches and customer experience.
  • Develop deep knowledge of platform functionality across sales and vehicles and related integrations.
  • Act as trusted advisor to increase efficiency and profitability through our platform.

Job description

Pinewood.AI is seeking automotive professionals with strong experience in sales, vehicle administration and vehicle operations to join our Training and Implementation Team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and training dealership users on the Vehicle modules of our platform across the UK and internationally.

Your primary focus will be to configure the system to match dealership processes and then train and coach dealership teams on the Sales elements of our platform: lead capture, enquiry qualification, CRM, opportunity and pipeline management, quotations and orders, F&I, compliance, delivery and handover, and follow-up. You will also connect the dots with the vehicle side, ensuring processes such as creating vehicles, bringing them into stock, costing, invoicing, and registration are correctly set up and understood so the sales journey flows end to end.

We're looking for someone with solid sales / vehicles admin / operations knowledge, strong communication skills, and the confidence to deliver both implementation and training that make a tangible difference to how dealerships run.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train users on the complete sales cycle, including lead management, CRM, opportunity pipeline, quotations and orders, F&I, compliance, delivery, handover, and follow-up
  • Guide dealerships on vehicle processes such as creating vehicles, stocking, costing, invoicing, and registration etc

  • Collaborate with dealership stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure best-practice configuration

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping retailers increase efficiency and maximise profitability through our platform
Requirements
  • Proven experience of vehicle administration, including stock creation, costing, invoicing, registration, and bonus posting
  • An understanding of working in dealership sales, with strong understanding of lead management, CRM tools, opportunity workflows, and closing processes
  • Hands on experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS), ideally Pinewood.AI
  • Experience in training or coaching others, with confidence delivering sessions and ensuring adoption
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different dealership teams and stakeholder levels
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple implementations at once
  • Analytical, methodical problem solver with attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Self motivated, collaborative, and willing to travel to dealerships as required
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and how sales and vehicle administration processes fit into the wider business
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
  • Experience as a sales consultant, business/sales manager, or similar dealership role
  • Direct experience with Pinewood or another automotive management platform
  • Knowledge of process improvement or involvement in system rollout projects
