Reporting to the Service department, you will drive parts sales objectives while maintaining professional brand standards and delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Advisor experience within Automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior parts service to customers, both retail and trade.
• Maintain parts stock and stock records accurately.
• Identify customer parts requirements and process orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
