• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to identify components accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts enquiries.
• Maintain accurate parts records and inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and organise parts for delivery or collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Support the team in meeting departmental targets and objectives.
• Ensure smooth operations of the parts department through stock control.
