Stellantis &You UK in Manchester is seeking a Call Centre Operator to join our busy Parts North West hub. You will meet deadlines, work with other departments, and ensure customers' needs are met.

You will become an expert in OE and Aftermarket products, demonstrate strong telephone skills, and upsell where appropriate. You will help with invoicing, build relationships, and handle calls promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar Call Centre role within automotive network or parts distribution.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to upsell.
• Proficient with computers, emails and internet; able to handle data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet order deadlines under line manager guidance.
• Collaborate with hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Become an expert in OE & Aftermarket products for customers.
• Provide accurate invoicing and estimating.
• Build relationships to win sales and improve margins.
• Handle calls promptly and participate in promotions.
