Job summary

Kream is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor for its Avonmouth branch. You will support customers at the Parts front desk and back counter, assist with stock queries, locate and pick stock, and prepare orders for customers and the internal workshop. You will monitor stock levels and help with reordering to ensure smooth operations.

Typical hours: Mon–Fri 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00; Sat on rota 08:00–13:00. A competitive basic salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicles and parts.
• Numerate and literate.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sales process for parts.
• Ability to use systems to search for stock and reorder.
• Match orders against stock and picking incoming parts orders.
• Assist with incoming stock, check orders, booking in and storing.
• Inform customers of order progress.
• Area housekeeping.

Responsibilities
