Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is recruiting a Logistics Lead Engineer to be based at our Warwick office. You will design and deliver end-to-end manufacturing logistics solutions for new vehicle programmes, covering material flow, PFEP, line feeding, sequencing, and supplier logistics.

You will lead logistics activities across gateways and support prototype to SOP readiness. The role requires experience in automotive manufacturing logistics, PFEP, APQP/PPAP, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing logistics.
• Strong PFEP, material flow, warehouse operations and line feeding knowledge.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, launch management and programme delivery.
• Experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PFEP for production and logistics planning.
• Define material flow strategy from supplier to point of use.
• Develop inbound, internal, and outbound logistics concepts.
• Support plant layouts with logistics requirements.
• Define warehouse, supermarket, kitting and sequencing solutions.
• Lead logistics deliverables through programme gateways.
• Support feasibility reviews, virtual builds, and logistics readiness for builds.
• Drive launch readiness activities and plant support through SOP and Hypercare.
• Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Purchasing, STA, Quality, Facilities and Suppliers.
