Baltic Recruitment are supporting a global leader in automotive electronics manufacturing by recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager on a fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Plant Director, the role will define, operate and expand logistics concepts and processes to optimise performance, meet targets and ensure health, safety and cost controls. The post requires SAP experience and strong supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years vocational experience in logistics.
• Automotive logistics experience essential.
• Supervisory experience with multiple reports.
• HNC or Degree qualification preferred.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material and SAP warehouse management.
• Improve internal plant Logistics processes.
• Maintain 5s disciplines.
• Plan and manage Logistics resource.
• Analyze root causes of supplier shortages and report lessons learned.
