Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry at General Manager/Dealer Principal level or Sales Manager/Aftersales Manager ready for next step.
• Strong management and coaching skills with decisive judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire teams across the business to achieve excellent results.
• Maximise sales and profit opportunities.
• Focus on achieving goals and work both in teams and independently.
• Oversee sales and aftersales to drive customer service and profitability with a process-driven approach.
• Understand workshop KPIs and P&L, identify market trends and respond accordingly.
