Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting a Transaction Manager for a busy car dealership in the Bromsgrove area. The role focuses on understanding financial and insurance product regulations to provide accurate information during sales, while building rapport with customers and ensuring fair treatment.

You will monitor finance and insurance performance against budget, drive renewal leads, and report weekly to the brand finance representative and site General Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a main dealership in the Motor trade required.
• At least 2 years experience in this position.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and objectives.
• Strong computer skills and a basic level of maths.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations when negotiating a sale.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure fair treatment.
• Monitor finance and insurance performance against budget and address shortfalls.
• Focus on finance renewal leads and submit weekly reports to the brand finance representative and site GM.
• Support the sales manager to deliver and drive new and used car sales volumes.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
• Provide correct insurance product information to satisfy customer needs.
• Create and manage reports to measure team performance for updates to the GM.
