Qualifications

• Currently working towards a STEM degree (preferred Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace).
• Structured, analytical approach to problem solving.

• Willingness to adapt a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, resolution and implementation of fixes on key product issues with Automotive OEMs.
• Initial data capture and Warranty claim information processing.
• Analyze customer returned parts and conduct field investigations for potential product issues.
• Support OEM account teams in finding resolutions to customer issues.
• Component failure assessment and processing.
