• Initial data capture and Warranty claim information processing
• Analysis of customer returned parts and field investigation for potential product issues
• Supporting OEM account teams in finding resolutions to Customer issues
• Component failure assessment and processing
• Identification of Key Customer issues through data analysis Currently working towards a degree in STEM Subject, preferably Mechanical engineering, Automotive vehicle engineering or Aerospace engineering degree
• Willingness to adapt a hands on approach.
