Job summary

Protyre Autocare, part of The Micheldever Group, is seeking a commercially minded Centre Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering business objectives through effective management and coordination of the Centre.

The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage a team, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the depot while maintaining stock security and compliance. Full UK driving licence and prior centre management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar Centre/Assistant Centre Manager role.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Maximise customer conversion through effective phone techniques and callbacks.
• Run the depot operations and daily activities.
• Maintain branch security, stock, assets, and takings.
• Keep stock control systems accurate and audit-ready.
• Ensure equipment/machinery are serviced for safe operation.
