Job summary

Protyre Autocare, part of The Micheldever Group, is seeking a commercially minded Centre Manager to join our expanding network of fast-fit centres. You will drive sales, manage the depot daily operations and develop the team to meet business targets.

The successful candidate will hold a Full UK Driving Licence, have experience in a similar role and be capable of leading a busy automotive centre with a strong focus on customer service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply).
• Previous experience in a similar Centre Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating the team, driving sales and providing training when necessary.
• Maximise customer conversion by ensuring the team uses the company phone technique and call-back procedures.
• Lead the operation and daily running of the depot.
• Maintain branch security, stock, assets and customer data to audit standards.
• Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on delivery day.
