Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a flexible and experienced candidate for a busy automotive retail Centre in Liverpool. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves team recruitment, training, and hands-on vehicle service and MOT duties. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven retail experience in automotive settings, able to meet targets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy retail environment, preferably automotive.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to tasks and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and complaints are minimized.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview Centre staff.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress.
• Carry out service and repair on vehicles.
• All MOT Testers must hold a valid DVSA MOT Licence.
• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standard and log details.
• Fit products to customer vehicles and provide ancillary services.
• Support other Centres when asked, when necessary.
• Adhere to the Company’s Policies, Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Follow reasonable instructions from Management.
• Uniform will be supplied and must be kept clean and presentable.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.
