The successful candidate will bring hands-on industry experience, a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification, and a commitment to student development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the body & paint industry with a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification.
• Pastoral understanding and empathy when interacting with others; excellent team player.

Responsibilities

• Teach automotive body repair and/or paint refinishing in line with current industry practices and standards.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs; provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate on curriculum planning, learning resources, assessment and continuous improvement of teaching and learning; ensure safe workshop practices.
