Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI chatbot features based on market research and business goals.

• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive conversational interfaces and NLP/ML capabilities.
• Work with data teams to track key metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on goals, progress, and resolve conflicts.

• Develop go-to-market plans and support training and documentation for adoption.
