Job summary

Wills Consultants is seeking an Automation Warehouse Operative in Coalville, Leicestershire, to keep products moving by resolving system jams and supporting the maintenance team. No formal engineering qualifications required; training provided.

You will work on Panama shift pattern (12-hour shifts, days/nights, weekends), be safety-conscious, physically fit, and comfortable in a chilly environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and a team focused approach.
• Engineering related qualifications are a bonus, but not essential.
• Comfortable working at height (up to 18m) and in chilled environment (2-4°C)
• Able to commit to Panama Shift Pattern (12-hr shifts, incl. days/nights/weekends)
• Physically fit, safety-aware, and detail-focused
• Basic computer literacy
• Flexible, positive attitude - full training provided
