BMR Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a global manufacturer in Clevedon, Somerset. This long-term contract offers ongoing shifts and development opportunities within a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

You will handle goods in, pick and pack, follow work instructions, and work as part of a team to meet targets. Basic computer literacy is required; forklift experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Location: Clevedon, Somerset

Contract: Ongoing

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of a recruitment agency working in partnership with a global manufacturer of specialist equipment for the semiconductor and electronics sector.

Due to a sustained increase in orders driven by advanced technology and a strong market position, the business is expanding and investing heavily in its site. This growth is creating long‑term contract opportunities for warehouse and logistics operatives.

Pay & Shift Options

• Early Shift
  £15.28 per hour
  Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:15
  Friday 06:00 - 11:30
• Late Shift
  £16.61 per hour
  Monday-Wednesday: 14:30 - 00:30
  Thursday: 14:30 - 00:00
• Day Shift
  £13.29 per hour
  Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (or similar standard day hours depending on team)
• Flexible Options
  Fixed early, late or day shifts available
• Overtime
  Overtime available when required
