Abbott in the United Kingdom seeks a multi-skilled Support Engineer II to maintain and improve bespoke automated equipment in our Witney site. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, monitor equipment performance and support the Projects Team in implementing changes to equipment.

You'll work in a clean room/controlled environment with 4 on 4 off days and nights rotation. A recognised engineering apprenticeship or higher qualification is required, with continuous

• Experience in manufacturing engineering with setup of precision assemblies.
• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or higher qualification in related subject.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Fault find, maintain and improve bespoke automated equipment and processes.
• Provide technical expertise in a clean room or controlled environment.
• Support Projects Team with equipment changes and continuous improvement.
