Qualifications
- Proven experience as Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with API testing.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
- Embed quality engineering across the SDLC.
- Define and execute automated test cases covering functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify defects and collaborate with engineering for resolution.
- Support testing standards, methodologies and best practices.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain test data and environments.
- Monitor results and quality metrics to inform delivery decisions.
- Collaborate with analysts and product owners to define test strategies.
- Support non-functional testing such as performance and resilience.
- Promote a culture of quality and automation.
- Provide guidance on test automation tools and practices.
