Re is seeking an Automation Solutions Engineer to design, build and embed digital automation across business processes. You will shape requirements, design future-state processes and implement solutions that integrate cloud services, APIs and orchestration tools.

You will work across the full lifecycle, collaborating with engineers, analysts and business teams to ensure scalable, secure and production-ready automation. A strong focus on adoption and continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritise automation opportunities across processes.

• Translate requirements into secure, maintainable technical designs.
• Develop reusable automation patterns for multiple areas.
• Participate in testing, deployment and documentation activities.
• Support adoption and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
• Contribute to automation standards and best practices across the function.
• Stay aware of emerging automation technologies and AI-enabled tooling.
