Job summary

ABCA Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Support (Office Based) to oversee planning, scheduling, system compliance and performance control of engineering operations in the region. You will coordinate and optimise engineer workloads, monitor KPIs and ensure data integrity across CASH and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in service planning, scheduling, or operations.
• Strong understanding of Fire & Security service environment.
• Experience with service management systems (CASH desirable)

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise engineer scheduling and workload distribution.
• Monitor performance across KPIs including Revenue, First Time Fix, Utilisation and Open Calls.
• Ensure CASH system updates and data integrity across all systems.
• Coordinate emergencies and high-priority works with field teams and subcontractors.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
