Job summary

LSEG is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to design and execute a comprehensive QA strategy for data-centric applications with complex dependencies, leveraging web tech like Angular and React.

You will lead automation initiatives, drive AI-assisted testing, integrate into CI/CD, and mentor Quality Engineering teams across product streams.

This role focuses on data quality, platform assurance, and cloud-native testing across AWS, delivering high standards of testing and reliable software delivery.

• Build automation frameworks using Playwright, PyTest and BDD approaches.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI for test design, maintenance, defect triage and productivity.
• Drive automation KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Define testing strategies for data-intensive platforms and datasets.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of market and index data.
• Implement automated database validation and reconciliation testing.
