Job summary

LSEG in London is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the DSM Digitalisation Centre of Excellence. You will map end-to-end operations, identify bottlenecks, and frame automation opportunities with data‑driven use cases for engineering teams.

Collaborating with DSM Business Services, SMEs and data engineers, you will apply SQL, Python and Power BI to surface insights, quantify value, and baseline KPIs for adoption and value realisation.

Qualifications

• Analyse end-to-end operational workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Triangulate documentation, data and interviews to define real work practices.
• Quantify inefficiencies and automation opportunities with business owners.
• Translate findings into clear, delivery-ready use cases.
