Job summary

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is seeking a Manager for Data Transformation within Content Operations in Exeter, UK. You will guide the transformation by designing, implementing, and adopting strategic technology capabilities to modernise processes and drive automation at scale.

You will lead a team of Content Operations Transformation Leads (7–15) and own the product direction, roadmaps, and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with the Data & Analytics strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing teams in transformation or technology environments.
Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities in complex programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for content transformation and operational delivery activities.
Define objectives, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to departmental goals.
Build team capability through mentoring and training to evolve skills with technology.
Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
Own business cases, requirements, and release plans for capabilities under your remit.
Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with the transformation roadmap.
Establish KPIs, governance, and quality standards for sustainable delivery.
