Job summary

CRP Group Global Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain and repair automated machinery and site facilities within a busy operations environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and ensure safety and reliability across the site.

You will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, procure parts, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on automated equipment.
• Ability to fault-find and diagnose faults on automated systems.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on automated machinery.
• Perform reactive repairs and routine inspections of equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain engineering stock levels and spare parts inventory.
• Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Produce maintenance reports and shift records.
• Work with day and night shift teams to ensure continuity.
• Identify improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure work complies with health & safety legislation.
• Collaborate with contractors and operational teams as needed.
