Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Analyst Technical Support to lead onsite implementation of large automation projects across Europe. You will diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in hardware engineering for automation, strong CAD skills, and excellent communication. Remote work is possible with travel to customer sites and internal locations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on automation systems and proficiency in CAD software.
• Proven experience in the diagnostics industry or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in hardware design and integration with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and install complex automation systems across Europe.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networked/wireless systems.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance problems to design/ software engineering.
• Escalate problems to the highest level when needed.
• Potentially develop and conduct technical training for product lines.
