Job summary

VERTECH GROUP (UK) LTD in Warrington (Remote) is seeking an Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing global process automation specialist. The role covers PLC/SCADA development, testing and commissioning, with the flexibility to work from home between projects; travel to sites will be ~20%.

• Develop, test and commission PLC/SCADA systems across varied projects.
• Support FAT/SAT activities and commissioning on site.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.

Automation Engineer - Remote

Location: Warrington / Remote

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Automation Engineer required by a fast-growing global process automation specialist!

This is a varied project-based role covering PLC/SCADA development, testing and commissioning, with the flexibility to work from home between customer projects. Travel to customer sites will typically be around 20% of your time.

Essential

• Strong PLC/SCADA programming experience
• Siemens and/or Rockwell / Allen Bradley
• Experience within the dairy industry
• Process automation experience
• FAT/SAT and commissioning
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites and working away when projects require
