Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to lead transformation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI within a UK remote contract. You will engage stakeholders, map processes, design automation and deliver modern workplace solutions across finance and manufacturing environments.

The role requires hands-on delivery of Power Apps/Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams and Copilot adoption, with immediate start or short notice availability on a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Power Apps and Power Automate development
• SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Experience gathering business requirements and engaging with stakeholders
• Business process analysis and process mapping
• Change management and technology adoption
• Experience delivering automation and workflow solutions
• Microsoft Copilot and AI technology experience desirable
• PowerShell experience beneficial
• Experience within Finance, Manufacturing or other complex operational environments advantageous

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes across multiple departments
• Gather and document business requirements
• Design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
• Support Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption initiatives
• Map current and future-state business processes
• Deliver process improvement and digital transformation projects
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders
• Monitor solution effectiveness and identify further improvement opportunities
• Support the ongoing enhancement of Microsoft 365 technologies and capabilities
