White Swan Data is seeking an Automation Engineer to collaborate with trading, quants, development, accounts and operations. You will identify manual processes and build reliable automation using Python, APIs, and AI technologies to improve accuracy and speed.

The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end automation with strong emphasis on reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced data-driven environment in London.

Formación

• Experience in process automation, data engineering or similar technical role.
• Proficiency in Python and building automation solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, SQL and data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate inefficiencies into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyse processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Design, develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages, APIs and AI technologies.
• Own delivery from discovery through testing to rollout, with robust documentation.
• Measure impact and continuously refine solutions based on feedback.
