Automation Engineer – Hybrid in Manchester

My client is expanding their QA team and is looking to hire an Automation Engineer responsible for designing and implementing the Automation strategy/framework.

The core products involve Android and cloud-based applications developed using C# with Xamarin/Maui for Android and .NET for Azure cloud services.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' industry experience
• Proven experience in test automation across UI, API, and Mobile testing
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience testing Android devices and cloud-based back-office systems
• Strong collaboration skills with development and QA teams
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment
• Willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines

This role is hybrid in Manchester; candidates must be local and willing to travel to the office 3 days a week.
