This role focuses on scalable, repeatable solutions, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to support growth, automation initiatives, and modern tooling including AI-assisted practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
• Knowledge of Git and version-controlled infrastructure.
• Experience working in production environments.
• Exposure to Azure and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern infrastructure practices.
• Ability to work independently within an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Windows Server infrastructure.
• Develop and improve automation using Ansible and PowerShell.
• Support platform stability, performance and operational resilience.
• Build reusable tooling, templates and automated deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline service delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure modernisation projects.
• Support Azure-based services and cloud deployments.
• Drive operational efficiencies through automation and process improvement.
