Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is recruiting a Control and Automation Engineer for a Bournemouth-based specialist engineering manufacturer. The role focuses on developing, improving and supporting control systems across an expanding product range.

You will work on hardware and software, including PLCs, HMIs, and software development, with cross-functional collaboration to modernise legacy systems and contribute to new product development.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, or industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of CODESYS or IEC Structured Text.
• Familiar with Python, C, C#, JavaScript, HTML or CSS.
• Ability to integrate software with hardware in products.

Responsibilities

• Design control and automation systems for new products.
• Develop software applications, HMIs and user interfaces.
• Specify PLCs, motor controllers, and control hardware.
• Integrate controls, software and hardware into complete products.
• Support and troubleshoot existing legacy control systems.
