Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment seeks an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to service, install and maintain automatic door systems across the Kent and Surrey area. You will diagnose faults, perform upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires solid electrical and mechanical skills, CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence. Overtime and varied shift patterns apply, with a focus on reliability and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical service, fault-finding and installation experience.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of BS EN 16005 safety standard and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, fault-find and repair automatic door systems.
• Carry out upgrades, modifications, installations, testing and commissioning.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults safely and efficiently.
• Ensure work complies with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and complete accurate documentation.
• Work independently and as part of the engineering team across the coverage area.
