Professional Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to service, maintain and repair doors across retail and public sites in the North West. You will work from a fully equipped company van, with EN16005/BS7036 compliance essential and a focus on safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automatic door industry (electrical/service/maintenance/installation).
• Knowledge of EN16005 or BS7036 regulations.
• Experience with swing, sliding, or revolving doors.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Automatic Door Engineer looking to join a local, well-established, and thriving business within the North West area? If so, this role offers a fantastic career opportunity. You'll be responsible for completing service, maintenance, and repairs across various locations, such as retail and distribution sites, as well as local authority buildings. You'll be driving a fully-racked, professional company van featuring all the latest technology. 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays are on offer, as well as company sick pay once probation is completed.

This Automatic Door Engineer role will involve the following:

• Service & maintenance of automatic swinging or sliding public access doors.
• Following EN16005 and BS7036 regulations.
• Spotting sales opportunities.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Delivering good customer service.

Requirements

• Electrical, service, maintenance, or installation experience within the automatic door industry, past or present.
• EN16005 or BS7036 regulations.
• Swing, sliding, or revolving entrance systems.

• £19+ per hour basic salary. Hit your targets and you'll get £55,000+.
