Job summary

A cold chain logistics provider in Corby is seeking a Quality Control & Warehouse Inventory Associate. The role encompasses managing customer stock, conducting audits, and maintaining stock accuracy in a cold warehouse environment. Applicants should have proven inventory experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold conditions. The position offers 42.5 hours per week with a mix of day and night shifts, alongside various benefits including enhanced annual leave and employer pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory, stock control, or quality assurance within a warehouse.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions, including temperatures as low as -20 °C.
• MHE license preferred or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly audits and report stock discrepancies.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly stock control tasks.
• Investigate missing or mislabeled pallets.
• Liaise with clients on stock-related issues.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as required.
