Job summary

St Austell Brewery in Cornwall is expanding its Packaging team at our production site in St Austell. You will work on modern automated small pack (Bottling) and large pack (Cask & Keg) production lines, operating at pace in a quality‑critical manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with Brewing, Engineering, Quality and Distribution, ensuring SOPs, health & safety standards and quality systems are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on a production or manufacturing line (food & drink, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or similar).
• Experience working with formal quality standards (BRC, ISO, SALSA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of process-driven working and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern automated bottling and cask/ keg production lines.
• Adhere to strict procedures and quality systems; respond to line stoppages and quality issues.
• Carry out format and product changeovers and communicate with team across Brewing, Engineering, Quality and Distribution.
