St Austell Brewery is hiring for a skilled packaging role at the Hare Brewery Production site in Warmley, Bristol. You will operate automated bottling and canning lines, ensuring quality and following strict procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on line involvement, problem solving, and collaboration with Brewing, Engineering, Quality and Distribution. Monday to Friday with alternating morning/afternoon shifts and a small team setting.

Formación

• Previous experience working on a production or manufacturing line.
• Experience in an environment with formal quality standards (e.g. BRC, ISO, SALSA).
• Strong understanding of process-driven working and health & safety.
• Ability to identify line problems and respond logically.
• Confident communication within a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate on automated bottling and canning lines on a paced production schedule.
• Monitor line stoppages, quality issues and carry out changeovers.
• Work with Brews, Engineering, Quality and Distribution to maintain output.
• Follow SOPs and safety/quality systems and collaborate with the team.
