Job summary

GES is seeking an Event Space Planner to join the team at the NEC near Birmingham. You will manage multiple clients' technical drawing requirements, transforming briefs into precise AutoCAD drawings and coordinating with venues.

You will lead the floorplan process from inception to completion, maintain the drawing library, and ensure accurate invoicing and CRM updates while working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating technical drawings, preferably in AutoCAD.
• Proactive management of client floorplans from brief to completion.
• Ability to manage time and provide realistic turnaround estimates.
• Liaise with venues to ensure knowledge of regulations and compliance.
