Job summary

Rise Technical are supporting a growing automotive workshop in Preston to recruit a Service Receptionist (Automotive / Workshop). You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, in person and over the phone, helping to deliver a smooth and professional service from start to finish.

Working Monday to Friday, with training and development on offer, you’ll join a friendly, supportive team where your input is valued and every day brings a new task.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and assisting customers in person and on the phone.
• Managing reception duties with attention to detail.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and scheduling.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Book in service jobs, manage workshop scheduling, and maintain customer records.
• Prepare estimates and invoices, and handle payments.
• Support a friendly, collaborative front-of-house environment.
