The position emphasizes adherence to quality standards, health and safety, and career progression within a growing operation. Workweek runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a workshop controller, master technician, or managerial role within the motor trade.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy mechanics and diagnostics.
• Excellent people management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead a team and oversee work quality without being primarily technical day-to-day.
• Customer-focused approach and professional representation of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Bournemouth branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop technicians and support staff as Branch Manager.
• Act as the primary customer-facing representative and maintain client relations.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with policies.
• Implement procedures to optimise workflow and organisational structure.
• Monitor team performance and provide leadership to achieve targets.
