Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician for a premium dealership in High Wycombe. You will carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs using state-of-the-art equipment in a modern facility.

Ideally you hold NVQ/IMI Level 3 and a valid UK driving licence, with an active MOT tester licence preferred. Excellent pay and generous holiday accompany long-term career progression within a premier UK automotive group.

Your Day-to-Day

Working as a core member of our technical team in High Wycombe, you will:

• Carry out routine servicing, manufacturer safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs within targeted timescales.
• Utilize high-spec factory diagnostic tools and software to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
• Follow structured brand processes to maintain high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
• Work productively to keep the workshop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, safety-first workshop while making full use of provided PPE.

What You Bring to the Table

• Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification) is essential. Proven time-served workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
• The Mindset: A motivated, dedicated, and highly organized professional with a strong team mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Licensing: Full, valid UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.

Our modern facility is based in High Wycombe and is ideally situated for a quick and straightforward daily commute for anyone travelling from Beaconsfield, Marlow, Maidenhead, Amersham, Slough, Aylesbury, Gerrards Cross, and the surrounding Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas.
