JCT600 Ltd in York is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen York sales team. You will drive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products while maintaining outstanding customer experience and FCA compliance.

Working with the Head of Business, you will coach the team, analyse market trends, and develop people through regular reviews and development plans. This role offers a competitive package and strong long-term career prospects.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• High levels of motivation, resilience, and professionalism.
• Full UK driving licence.
