You will upload vehicle listings, manage adverts, respond to enquiries, and keep showroom areas inviting. The ideal candidate is approachable, organised, and able to work independently; interest in vehicles is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.
• Booking vehicle viewings and appointments.
• Greeting customers at the showroom.
• Answering general questions about vehicles, availability and pricing.
• Taking photographs of newly arrived vehicles.
• Preparing and uploading vehicle listings to websites and social media.
• Keeping vehicle adverts and information accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties.
• Responding to customer enquiries through various channels.
• Helping to keep the showroom and customer areas organised and welcoming.
• Using your initiative to deal with day-to-day tasks and ensure things run smoothly.
