Job summary

Motability Operations in Coalville is recruiting an experienced panel beater to join our busy refurbishment centre on a permanent basis. You'll repair damaged panels, prime and prepare for paint, and ensure right-first-time reconditioning.

This on-site role requires 45 hours weekly, with 9-hour shifts 06:30–18:00. A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work as part of a team using modern repair equipment to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Panel repair / accident repair experience.
• Panel prep and priming experience.
• Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence (manual).

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged panels to a high standard.
• Prepare and prime panels ready for paint.
• Carry out panel straightening and dent removal.
• Use modern repair methods and equipment.
• Deliver right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards.
