Job summary

Motability Operations in Coalville is recruiting an experienced panel beater to join our busy refurbishment centre on a permanent basis. You'll repair damaged panels, prime and prepare for paint, and ensure right-first-time reconditioning.

This on-site role requires 45 hours weekly, with 9-hour shifts 06:30–18:00. A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work as part of a team using modern repair equipment to maintain high standards.

• Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable).

About The Role

Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials.

What you’ll be doing

• Repairing damaged panels to a high standard
• Preparing and priming panels ready for paint
• Carrying out panel straightening and dent removal
• Using modern repair methods and equipment
• Delivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.

Package

• Up to £39,000 basic salary
• Bonus up to 15%
• 15% pension contribution

Hours

• 45 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:00
• Shift patterns discussed at interview

Your keen eye and technical knowledge will ensure that vehicles within the cosmetic teams are accurately repaired to Motability standards.
